Participants will address the impact of implicit bias and how it can drive the performance of our students. We will explore how our biases affects disproportionality in discipline, views on special education and other marginalized groups. Learn how to use the Recognize, Interrupt and Repair (RIR) protocol to support a deeper understanding of the impact that bias has on our relationships with one another.
